Situated on the A94, approximately 10-15 minutes’ walk from Perth City Centre, this 4-star guest house aims to ensure a warm welcome and comfortable stay.
The house is ideally located for Perth Concert Hall, visits to Scone Palace and the racecourse, fishing, woodland walks and the numerous golf courses within beautiful Perthshire.
Perth is an excellent base for both the business and leisure traveller as Edinburgh, Glasgow, Stirling, St Andrews, Aberdeen and Inverness are within easy reach. The fair city of Perth is situated in the heart of Scotland and is a thriving tourism and commercial centre, with a good selection of restaurants, visitor attractions and amenities to suit all.

It is close to all amenities and 10 to 15 minutes' walk from the city centre.

All rooms are tastefully decorated in neutral tones, with high quality framed prints enhancing the overall appearance. Attractive bedding with coordinated curtains, throws and cushions add to the presentation of each room.

The dining room is situated on the ground floor where breakfast is served at individual tables. Guests can choose from the starter buffet and a selection of hot dishes from the menu; all freshly prepared and cooked to order.
When arriving in Perth, follow all signs for the a94 until you come into Strathmore Street. This will change its name to Pitcullen Crescent and Clunie Guest House is situated on the left, about half way along.
